1. Who we are

installngo is run by Prabaharan Krishnakumar (K Prabaharan), trading as installngo ("installngo", "we", "us"), based in Pollachi, Tamil Nadu, India. You can reach us at installngo.official@gmail.com.

These terms apply to this website and to our apps, starting with Danglio. By installing or using an app, or buying something in it, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Using Danglio

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Danglio on computers and phones you own or control, for non-commercial use. Danglio is free to download and comes with free charms.

You agree not to:

• copy, extract, share or sell the charm artwork, or use it outside the app;
• get around purchase checks, the device limit or other protections;
• share modified copies of the app, or pass off the app as your own;
• use the app or our servers in a way that harms them or other people.

You may reverse-engineer the app only as far as the law expressly allows.

3. Charms and artwork

The charm artwork, names and descriptions belong to us or to the artists who licensed them to us. Buying a charm or pack gives you a licence to use it in Danglio; it doesn't transfer ownership or copyright of the artwork.

Some charms show religious, devotional or cultural symbols. We make them with care and respect; they're for personal enjoyment and aren't endorsed by any religious body. If you think a charm is disrespectful or uses someone else's work, please tell us and we'll look at it quickly.

4. Accounts

You don't need an account to use Danglio. To buy, you sign in with your email address and a one-time code we send you. You need to be 18 or older to create an account or buy; if you're younger, a parent or guardian must do it for you.

An account can be linked to up to 5 devices (computers and phones). You can remove a device, sign out, or delete your account at any time in the app (Windows: Settings; Android: More). Keep access to your email secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in.

5. Purchases

• What you can buy: single charms, packs of charms, and the Every Charm pass. All are one-time purchases; there are no subscriptions.
• Price: shown in Indian rupees (₹) before you pay, including any taxes that apply.
• Payment: handled by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and other methods it offers). We never see your full card number or UPI PIN.
• Delivery: the charm unlocks in the app as soon as the payment is confirmed. See our Delivery policy.
• Packs: the pack page shows which of its charms you already own. Buying a pack doesn't change the price of charms you bought earlier, and the pack price isn't reduced for charms you already own unless the pack page says so.
• Seasonal packs are sold for a limited time. When a pack stops being sold, everyone who bought it keeps it.
• Keeping what you bought: we won't take away a charm or pack you paid for. If we ever have to withdraw one (for example after a valid copyright complaint), we'll replace it with a similar charm or refund you.

Refunds are covered by our Refund policy.

6. Updates and availability

We improve Danglio over time. Updates may add, change or remove features, but not charms you've bought. Danglio needs an internet connection to fetch new charms, sign in and buy; charms already on your device keep working offline. We're currently launching in India, and the app or some purchases may not be available in other countries.

7. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Danglio reliable, but it's provided "as is" and we can't promise it will always be free of errors or available. To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that can't be excluded.

8. Ending use

You can stop using Danglio and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms (for example, reselling artwork or abusing payments); if we do, we'll tell you why, and you can reply to us.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. For important changes we'll let you know in the app or by email before they apply. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to fix the problem. If we can't, the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
