Help with a purchase
Please include the email you signed in with, the charm or pack you bought, and the payment date. If you have the Razorpay payment id (it starts with pay_) or a screenshot of the receipt, add that too. Never send us your card number, UPI PIN or passwords.
Before writing, you can try Settings → Purchases → Check for purchases in Danglio. It picks up purchases that haven't shown yet.
