Delivery Policy

This policy describes how purchases from installngo apps and websites are delivered.
1. Digital products only
All our products are digital, such as in-app content and features. Nothing is shipped to a physical address and there are no shipping or handling charges.
2. Method and time of delivery
- Purchases are made while signed in to your account.
- On confirmation of payment, the item is added to your account and becomes available in the app, normally within seconds and in any case within 1 hour.
- The payment provider emails you a payment receipt.
- Purchased items are available on every device linked to your account, within each product's device limit, including after reinstalling the app and signing in again.
3. If an item is not delivered
Confirm that you are signed in with the account used for the purchase and use the app's option to check for purchases. If the item is still unavailable after 1 hour, contact us. We will deliver it within 3 working days or refund it in full under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
4. Service area
Purchases are currently offered in India and charged in Indian rupees (₹).
